looking at a 91 to buy --- help

So I found a 1991 Cummins for sale. I have a 04 and know little about the older ones. Can someone tell me some things to look out for with these older 12V?

Is this inter cooled?

Is there a site I can run the VIN on?

Heres the specs...1991 W250 4x4
Auto

Reg Cab
