Maunual Factory High Idle

If my memory serves me correct, on the 89/90's (not sure if it was still available after that) had a factory manual high idle lever under the dash on the 5 speed trucks.

Can anyone provide more info on these? I want to do install one on mine now that I have a 5 speed in it and I am wanting it to look as factory as possible.

Any info or pictures of the various connection points/handle would be wonderful!
