You can buy direct from Borgeson but I don't know how the price compares.

Borge Shaft

Heads up.. My shaft over time rusted at the point where one tube slides inside the other.....then one day pulled loose up by the firewall even though it was installed properly and set screw was good and tight. Have solved that problem putting a couple drops of oil at the slide point each time I do a lube job.

I believe it is designed to slide. That takes up length change as the body flexes.
Not so important for the 2wd trucks but critical in the 4wd.
The real problem is the set screw is the only thing holding the gear end in place.
OEM is not like that. It has a positive safety to prevent comming apart.

Set Screw

Maybe I should look into drilling and installing a bolt or cotter key ? I prefer permanant positive fix when possible.

Forget the cotter pin.
The easy way is to mark where the set screws goes against the steering gear spline, then remove the shaft and make a deep "drill spot" on the spline.
Then get a longer setscrew or a bolt that you can put a locknut on. Reinstall the Borgeson, then run the setscrew into the drill spot, then lock the setscrew in place with the lock nut.
Now you have something positive to prevent the yoke from pulling off the spline.
Or you can drill thru the spline and use a bolt and nut, but keep it a small size no larger than 1/4 inch
