help

i tryed tightning up the steering box like a couple of people suggested. I loosened the jamb nut and with an allen wrench i tighted the bolt in. I guess i must have overtightned it and the truck now steers horribly. This may sound stupid but i tryed to loosen the bolt to set it back the way it was and couldn't get it to loosen. any ideas???
