Plastic trim's coming loose

The trim around the wheel wells and along the doors is starting to come loose in a couple of areas. It's about 2" wide. Is this just installed with pressure sensitive tape or is it glued on? Do I need to remove and clean or can I just resecure the loose areas?

Anyone know?
