Hi NeedMoPower,

I am seeing about 21-22psi boost with my mods and no smoke, with max temp 850* post turbo. Some haze at WOT.
The shop manual says that the governed RPM for these trucks is a max range of 2850-2950RPM with 2850 being the minimum WOT RPM.
The newer (2nd Gen) run higher and are made that way. I've read that we can run up to about 3000RPM safely.I've adjusted mine up to about 2975 (as far as I can tell)with no problems. It was actually lower (about 2800) before I adjusted it.
