What is the optimum temp for a 6BT?

Another new guy. I've got a 68 Kaiser M-715 that I have swapped a 91 6BT into. I am running dual electric fans and my temp is usually in the 160-180 degree range. I was wondering if this was too cool and if I should bump up to 180-200 degrees for better combustion. Anyone know?
