Question Air conditioning compressor clutch bearings

On the '92 with 115k miles, the bearings on the air conditioning compressor clutch are beginning to squeal. They make noise whether the clutch is engaged or not.

Can the clutch be removed without disconnecting the hoses to the compressor? Are the bearings easy to replace or should I replace the entire clutch?

Its my wifes truck so I can't just ignore it!

TIA
