Axle Nut loose again

Hi guys:

Well it seems the axle nut on the drivers side front is loose again. This is about the 4th time. I'm going to lock-tite and tighten again tomorrow.

I saw someone's signature that said Spicer locknut kit but don't remember who it was. What is causing this? Could you guys tell me about this kit and if anything major is wrong with the truck.
