90' NV4500 swap

I have a 90' 4wd 3-speed auto Dodge diesel. I think it is the 727 TF style tranny and NP205 t-case. I have a spare NV4500 from a 97' 4wd diesel. What is involved in swapping the 5-speed in place of the auto? I want to use the NP205 and I already have the 97' motor and tranny bellhousings. I really just need to know what I need to hook the tranny to the t-case. Thanks for any info.
