lock-up TC

I was wondering if there is a way to install a lock-up converter in my 93 with the a518 tranny. When i had the tranny serviced i noticed that the valve body had a spot for the valve that controls the lock up converter although nothing was installed because it doesn't have the lock-up. Also is there any opinions out there on the TCI converter for our trucks?
