Cruise Control DOA

Need help with my cruise control, was working fine, then just quit

. I have replaced just about everything, with no luck(Cruice Servo, Brake Switch, Cruise Module, Vacum Pumps, Speedo transducer) I have power at the cruise module and read the steering wheel control switches at the module and brake switch too. This is a early 91 Cummins with cruise, used only on 90 and early 91 trucks.
