Pre-lube before start-up

I was hoping someone would give a quick responce, I'm getting ready to start my 93 which had not been started for months, I wanted to pre-lube her 1st, I have another person (my wife) to turn her over, I know there is a lever on the fuel shut-off solnoid, or pump??????? Had some feedback around a month ago, and help would be appreciated, Thanks in advance.
