Has anyone here bought the full splined shaft or tranny from stand. trans?

My last post on this tranny thing. Gotta "***** or get off the pot" as
the old timmers say.

Has anybody here purchased a trans from Standerd trans in Texas
with the full splined 5th gear shaft or the up grade splined shaft>??

If so, how many miles and how has it held up?

I've gotta make a move on this tranny problem shortly...I appreciate
your input and opinions greatly.
