Cool Dyno Results

Well guys, the story goes like this. These last few weeks have been work your a#@ off from sun-up, to sun-down. So pardon my absence from the site. When Friday finally rolled around, I wanted to shine the man up for Dieselextravaganza 2000. A bath and wax job from front to back was in order. I started the bath at sometime around 5:30 p.m. After the bath, I took the wheels off and individually washed and polished them. Time went by and before I knew it the clock read 2:00 a.m.!!!! And the cab still needed cleaned out!!! I decided that I would take a little nap, since we were going to depart St. Louis at 5:00a.m.
Saturday showed us a beautiful drive up there and a great day watching trucks run on the dyno, truck pull, etc. Watching all of those trucks on the dyno, convinced me that "I needed to establish a baseline!"
Sunday morning came around and on the dyno he went.
4th gear
60mph RPM? (tach still not working)

170hp
460lb-ft

Needless to say, I'm pleased with the results since I haven't toyed with the fuel adjustments.
Would you believe that I was the only First Generation that I saw on the dyno! Where are you all at, we need better representation!
I wish that I could of organized someting so that us First Gens. could of got together, but I know now that I met Ol' blue.
I'll try to do better with my attendence!
