90 Cummins question.

90 Cummins question.

My Dad has a 90 2WD/auto std cab truck. What exactly can we do as far as injectors go? Sheid wants to put different tips on the stock ones, and make them big injectors, the old man is set on thinking he needs a bigger turbo. What is that going to be the cheapest route? The exhaust is free flowing straight through now, and I put a K&N filter on it as well. The truck has benn turned up at the pump a little (just enough to get a little black smoke), other than that its stock. Any cheap ideas?
