Floorboard cracks- right seat mount

Does anyone have a good fix or info (such as a TSB or some kit) on repairing a cracked floorboard under the right front seat's latch? I just discovered it, and man, what a weak "link" in the body structure! There's just one small plate as the mount for the right seat's latch, where it bolts to the floor. Very weak! Mine's got a spider web of cracks radiating from it. Ideas? It'll need a reinforcement plate of some sort welded in.
