PODs in... need advice

I just put the Lucas injectors in my truck and am having difficulty.

I like the power increase even though I have the power screw on the pump turned down(out) to keep the egt down (1225 max unloaded going uphill, 1100-1150 on flat ground w/26lbs of boost)
But I don't like the "haze" at idle. I followed Piers recommendations of 1.5mm timing and using the .060" washers(they were actually .063-.064) and still I have the "haze" and get a small cloud at startup.
Is there anything else I should try before I call and worry Piers?
