93 won't go into Overdrive...again

93 won't go into Overdrive...again

My brother-in-law's 93 won't go into O.D. again.
The first time he changed out the speed sensor and it fixed it for about 1 month, second time he changed the O.D. solenoid and fixed it for 1 month, and third time changed out the TPS and it fixed it for aobut 1 month. The first time he took it to a transmission shop and they said there was nothing wrong with the transmisson just the sensor. Besides for the O.D. problem it shifts great and seems fine. Any ideas what to do next?
It has about 40,000 on it since rebuild.
