First gen newbie in need of advice

Hey all first gen lovers I have a 2001 eth and recently purchased a 1990 cab and chasis with a flat bed. I had the fortune to get it cheap with a bad cylinder. The problem being that it had been torn down prior to my purchasing it and the fool who had it left the removed parts on the flat bed of the truck out in the weather. Unfortunately these parts included the injectors which are now extremely rusted, therefor I am trying to find the best source for some new injectors in which to put in the short block which I purchased out of a medium duty truck which had been victim to a fire, and I am also looking for a new electric element for in the fuel filter since apparently they managed to pull the wires out of it, and of course any other helpfull information would be appreciated thanks Seth
