Tranny Troubles
My 92 has a stock 518 transmission and I recently had a severe electrical problem that I traced to the overdrive lockout switch on the transmission. I was wondering if anyone has had any experience dealing with this. I would like to know if I will need to drop the pan to change the switch, and if it's a relative easy task? As of right now, I am running the truck without the switch connected and the only problem that I see is the transmission will not go into overdrive. Thanks in advance for any help.
