bosch part number?

does anyone know if there is a Factory Bosch injector that is a good upgrade on my 93 d-350. I get good pricing on Bosch through my job. How about the PW's? Are they a factory Bosch injector? I want to upgrade but, would like to save money where I can. Thanks! A part number would really help.
