Lift kits.

Going to buy a lift for my truck before they stop making them. I know there is really only one out there for our trucks, that being Skyjacker. Allready have the RS9000 for a 4" lift front and back but not sure if I'm going with 4" lift. Also thinking about getting a set of 305/70/16 tires if they will fit on stock rims which will be pushing it.
Did a search on prices but nothing there so what did you guys pay, were did you get it from and what did you guys get.
2.5" front only=$
2.5" front and rear add a leaf=$
4" front and back=$

And what if any problems with install and what would you do differently next time.
