My windshield wipers are not working all the time on low and intermittent settings, if I turn to hi they come right on, then I can go to low or intermittent and they work fine, I have had them just stop working during intermittent operation, going to hi and back gets them working again.....is this the sign that my wiper motor is on the way out?
