Blown head gasket
Driving to work this morning I noticed I wasn't getting hot air out of the heater. Engine temp was down also. Truck was running good, plenty of power, oil pressure good. So i pulled into a gas station and got out and noticed right away something was amiss. Water dripping under the motor. Popped the hood and it was a mess. A water/oil misture was gushing out of the radiator overflow port. So now I got water in the crankcase and oil in the radiator. How hard is it to do a head gasket job on this motor. If it isn't that big of a deal (time wise) I'll do it myself otherwise it's going to the shop. Would this be considered unusual at 230K miles?
