Springs for a '89 W250

I am going to use a set of 1" or 2 1/2" lift springs from Skyjacker on the front of my '89 CTD. I have already put a pair of 1" add a leafs on the rear some time ago.
If I go with the 1" front spring pack should I replace the rear add a leaf with a new 1" or with a 2 1/2" add a leaf since I already have a 1" installed to level the front and back?
Also if I go with the 2 1/2" all the way around will I have problems with my drive shafts? I've had a 4" kit on an 1979 Power Wagon and had no problems with the drive shafts. I can not see where a
2 1/2" would affect them.
