Whats it worth?

A friend of mine is looking at a 92 3/4 Dodge 2wd truck with the cummins and an automatic. It has 200,000 miles on it and runs perfectly. I haven't seen it, but he tells me the body and interior is perfect (it came from Arizona). The owner is asking 6,500.00. What do you guys think??
