Lift pump gone too?

Okay,

earlier today I filled up and when I got home I checked it, and sure enough there was fuel on the lift pump, fresh too. I'm thinking that the diaphragm might have gone out, so how much will a lift pump run me? Best place to buy one?(Cummins)

What's weird, is that through all this; she's still getting decent mileage-19.4 mpg this time
