PS Pump seals with Borgeson?

I see the pastor has included the seal numbers in the Borgeson shaft install instructions. IS it recommended (or necessary) to replace them when you install a Borgeson shaft? Mine arrives Wednesday and jsut want to know if I need to order the seals.

I will also be installing new rotors, calipers and carbon metallic disk pads at the same time. Sounds like a nice afternoon project to me!
