Best washer diameter for Pod injector installation

Help,
I need help in determining the correct washer thickness to use. I want good power and efficient fuel atomization. Smoke is not an
issue with me. I just want more power without jeopardizing fuel
economy too much. I am new at bombing. Any tips and advise on removal and installation of injectors in general, would be greatly appreciated. I hope to install them on Saturday.
