U-joint replacement on the front drive shaft

I looked at the U-joints on the C-V joint and I don't know how to replace them. They don't have the usual clips on the inside of the yokes. Instead there are these pins that seem to go thru the caps and the yokes. Ive tried driving them out but they are too soft. I am grateful for any suggestions.
