Well, it's not a RR exhaust but it'll have to do...
Something was rattling in my stock muffler - I swear I heard something  - so it had to go. I really want a Rip Rook system but that isn't in the budget right now.
A few weeks ago someone posted a link to Air Flow Systems, and I just happened to see that they had a 3"x36" section of exhaust tubing. That started the wheels turning...but when I received the new Summit Racing catalog that had a 3" glasspack I figured it must be a sign.
It took about an hour to get the old muffler and twisty pipe cut out, and maybe fifteen minutes to bolt the new section in. The hangers took a couple minutes to fab and weld on but everything went pretty smooth. For once, a project that went according to plan and without any major problems.
It's a little louder than before but not objectionable - I normally get home from work after midnight so I didn't think the neighbors would appreciate a straight pipe.
