What do you think of this truck?

Hello fellas,I am a 3ger.Now dont hold it against me,who came over from super duty land not too long ago.I have a chance to buy a '91 2500 dually utility bed with C.T.D. and 5 speed.It has about 200K on the clock with a new clutch,and has had regular maintenance.It is a clean,clean truck.The asking price is $3,700.00 any thing i need to look for as far as "secrets" i dont know much about the 12 valvers.Thanks for any help.
