So, what's it really worth?

Okay, so I'm in the market for a "new" truck, and I found this one the other day. It's basically everything I want, except for the price

I KBB'd it, with about $8000 listed as a private party sale, and I think it's maybe got another couple thousand into it, not counting the switch from an automatic to manual tranny. I think maybe $10,000 would be a healthy offer. Can you guys take a look at the description and pics and tell me what you think?
