6000 lbs of gravel
Hey guys,
just have to brag on 1st gens for a minute! last friday I had to haul some gravel for my new RV pad, my brother was in town to help and we needed alot of gravel so we went up to the local gravel pit, I in my 92' (6250 lbs) and my brother in his 2002 F350 (7840 lbs) we both left the pit weighing aprox 12,000! and the old girl hauled it with ease! I didn't look at the weights until later in the day and I couldn't believe i hauled that much weight! and I didn't leak gravel all over the road like my bro's F*@#, the tailgates on the super duty (wimpy duty) are weak, that pig leaked soo bad, I bet he spread 500lbs of my gravel on the road, but I don't think it would be prudent to ask the city to reimburse me. any way I love my truck!
