fuel tank sending unit

My 90 fuel tank band broke and dropped one end of the fuel tank braking the fuel line off the tank. Dealer said they dont make this any more. I tried napa store and they said it was a captive (dealer) part. HELP thie is my feed truck and my cows are hungry!!!! It is -22 bellow this morning, might have somthing to do with plastic braking.
