CV boot for Getrag boot

I'm sure many of you have noticed oil running out the top of your Getrag and down the side, esp if it has some miles on it. It isnt always the vent. I went to the local parts store and pored over their books for several minutes, and have come up with a replacement boot that works as well as the original, which is NLA. Precision P-N 2477. This replaces the boot that actually attaches to the top of the transmission and goes thru the stick, not one of the two on the floorboard. You will also need to buy 2 clamps, as this boot is a hair bigger than the one it replaces (and the clamps in the package wont fit, either), but it can be squeezed down to fit. I have put this on 3 trucks now, all to good effects. Cost was <$10 ea.

I dont have pics, and will make no promises to post any, as the last 4 times I've promised them, I've forgotten, or didnt get around to it. But, if I think of it, have the camera, and it ISNT 28deg outside, I'll snap some photos.
