Emissions Testing
I have an 06 Megacab 4x4 with a Smarty. Everything else is stock. My check engine light acting funny. I watched the pattern of staying lit and then flashing after turning the ignition on. It goes off after starting though and stays off. The manuel says that the pattern I am seeing states that the truck is not ready for emissions testing. What does that mean is wrong?
