01 24 valve 5 speed with adrenaline and airdog. I have a miss and sounds like an engine knock all happend on my way home today. I was thinking maybe injectors? I have plenty of fuel pressure and a new VP44 with about 20k on it. My truck will miss at all rpm ranges (varies) and at the light will rev up for a second and back down to normal 800-900 rpm. Anyone know what will cause this? My injectors have 238k miles on them....so i was guessing maybe those are going out? Please help! I have a 10k trailer to tow in 2 weeks and need my baby back!
