Question VGT Owner Servicable?

After spending some time with my truck over the past few months putting in gauges etc. I noticed my unit has the turbo service plug installed from the factory (along with the teeny tiny Intercooler ). The question is, it there a service sequence that the owner can do to keep the VGT in good shape? I was thinking a decarborizing fluid like Snap-On sells would be what is injected? Do you need the Star-Scan to cycle the VGT during the process?

Anyway, just wondering if there was something an owner can do on his own to keep things in top shape..

Thanks in advance
