L90 Volvo loader problems?

If anyone is familiar with l90 volvo front end loaders, I have one that's giving me occassional low oil pressure warnings and going into limp mode. Oil pressure sender has been changed out as well as the cooler and no change. Oil pressure has been verified 15psi@ idle and 35-45 psi off idle. This is low according to spec. Is there a pressure relief in the system somewhere that could be bleeding off oil pressure? The oil filter has been cut open and is very clean inside with no metal at all. I'm stumped.......................Volvo guy says its a bad oil pump but I just don't think so at 4000 hours.??????
