A friend of mine in the Milford, KY area received a tank of contaminated fuel.....the claim was filed, the Dodge dealer performed the work, and the selling station's insurance company paid the claim......a tad over $16k dollars if I remember correctly.

Yes, absolutely. That would have been my first phone call but I got the impression the original poster was not going to do that or had already determined that nothing was going to result from contacting the fuel seller.
