power upgrade, safe ?

Hello,

I've been reading the forum for a couple of months but not posted yet...

I have a few questions...

I start with a TST kit (#8 ?) for my truck. It seems to be a good product, but do you think it is safe to put this in my truck with 180000 miles on it ?
Will my transmission be ok with power and torque ? (rebuild 2 years ago with DTT valve body, DTT single disc TC, 47RE master kit, OD upgrade, billet servo and accumulator...) Are there other companies with similar products or I should stay with TST for prices and quality ? (I see them in the TDR magazine)

An other question...
There is no TPS on my truck. It has been removed and replaced with a rotary switch in the cab because the previous owner didn't want to spend 300$ on it, the trans is still strong and I don't have to reaaly play with the switch until I have heavy load in the truck but,... I'm not very confortable with this set-up, I've already burned several transmissions in other trucks, and don't like the taste... Has anyone ever removed the TPS and replaced it with an in-cab switch ?

OK, I let you now, I have to change my fuel filter...

Thanks in advance...and forgive my english
