As I have argued the courts dont agree with the birther premise. The argument posited here has been legally discredited 18 times now in federal and state court. That makes 18 cases that the courts have said "legally there is no case to be heard." Quite frankly I dont care if he is, or isnt president but again my question: what will it take before this is no longer an issue? It doesnt appear to be based on rational argument but emotional response. The guy is going to remain the president and wont be removed for this reason. If it was my argument, Id have to say leave him alone and he'll accomplish nothing during the remainder of his term and it will have simply been a 4 dull spot in the presidency. But the republicans are about to do something really stupid and give him a forum to talk his waqy back into efficacy. Some are calling for more of the types of Q&A sessions that he held two weeks ago. I would say, if obama can do anything, he can speak. Dont give him the stage: it will backfire!

Being convinced isnt the same thing as being correct.
