Thumbs up

45,811 miles on my 2001, I've had it almost 17 months now. Other than a leaky tranny seal and a little rough idle, it has been great. Just did a fast road trip to Las Vegas and it turned in 22.2 mpg running 75-80, that was in 106-112 heat so I did use a bit of A/C. . .I am a happy camper

108,000. I got over 80,000 first year I owned it. It is a 98 that I bought new after the 99 were in for a few months. Now I is college stundent that don't go nowhere much. I am majoring in English Things that went wrong:
fuel line; recalled after it burst at 34,000 miles
lift pump; 42,000 miles
second lift pump 101,000
injector pump 101,000
Last two was replaced because Reno Dodge missdiagnosised the real problem, a bad fuel filter. So I really don't count them as a "failure"

I have around 39,000 miles on my 99'. Had Steering Box replaced to correct "wander" problem, but other than that, no problems.

20,000 miles in 10 months. Failed: Clock spring, center console hinge, Driver side p/door lock switch. Overall average Mileage has been 14.3. Which is better than the Jeep Cherokee I was driving. Bigger truck=better mileage, go figure.

just made it over 20K on my 99 2500 4x4 QC.
Rear Transfer case output seal and drive shaft...
bad finish on the yoke = eating seal = QC replaced whole driveshaft and seal and after trying to just replace the seal.
Even the FSM says basically = bad real seal new = bad finish on yoke..... but I guess the service techs dont RTFM.

One alignment under warrenty.

Also got ride of the POS rear factory recall hitch.

oopps, almost forgot about the tranny cooler line that cracked and started leaking...

Other than that, knock wood, ok so far.

Bob

01 ETC traded at 30k. Only complaint was drivers side windshield washer nozzle did not fan out on windshield, spraying a little low. Picky,picky,picky...

01 ETH 4k no problems.
