Fender liners

I ordered a pair of rear wheel fender liners for my 02 2500 with a part# I got off this site-55346010. Part#B2207367 is what came,one marked R and one L. The holes do not line up and the screws that came with it do not fit the holes in the bed.The liner does not fit correctly. What happened? Are the liners different for the 02 models?
