Cannot get the front end to align to the -.3 cross caster spec

What are the solutions for this? I gave the alignment tech at the shop I use the alignment specs everyone here uses for their 4x4 Ram CTDs and the farthest he could get it was to 0. I still have a slight pull to the right.

This truck is my '01.5 and has had the Mopar supplied rear-end lowering kit installed for pulling my 5ver level.
