Broken spring shackle
Christmas eve I snapped the right rear shackle in half. It had suffered from terminal rust, and what was left just ripped apart. I had to wait 'till after Christmas to order some replacements from Dodge. They cost $60 for a pair and I had to wait two days to get them. Tough job getting the rusted bits out, but a piece of cake getting the new one in. It's sure nice to have my truck back in order.
