Air bag switch/kill switch modification

I am in the process of installing a injector pump/lift pump kill switch and remeber reading here that someone wired up their air bag switch to be the kill switch. I want to do the same thing, but wanted to make sure that if I unplugging the air bag switch, i would still have a functional passenger side air bag. I don't have the wiring schematics to figure it out... Thanks!
