Power steering coupler leeking

My power steering pump coupler is leaking what apers to be engine oil. Is this covered under the engine warranty? The 3year on the truck is long since gone.But still have the 100k on the engine. If not covered what dose this entail? It is leaking about 1/2 QT to a 100 miles.

2001 4x4 CTD 6 speed 2500
